Before Truffles & Friends, I was always interested in food as my roots are Italian. I have many friends in the food industry that have influenced my decision to start my own journey. I started in 2021 as a distributor for fresh truffles and truffle base products. Truffles are a certain type of rare exquisite mushroom. The unique aroma makes it ideal to complete any pasta, meat and pizza dishes. I also sell Italian cheeses, meats and sweets. As I build my business, I'm hoping to expand my business with other various foods from Italy. I also have a passion for Bio and Gluten free products. I have teaching experience and would love to teach how to create great dishes to locals in Montreal. Having my own business has allowed me to meet many different people in the industry and expanded my knowledge.
